I’m Katy Jo, a licensed real estate professional with ERA Courtyard and founder of Gnome Home, where I help homeowners prepare to sell their properties with ease by managing estate sales and online auctions efficiently and with care. My experience allows me to guide clients through every step of the selling process, ensuring their home is ready for the market, and their transition is smooth.

As an active member of the local business community, I’m involved with the NW OKC Chamber, the Business Ambassadors Club, The Flint Group, and the Oklahoma Auctioneers Association. I also lead Mix & Mingle, a networking group that brings professionals together to foster connections and growth.

When I’m not working, I’m at home with my fiancé Kevin, my wonderful step kids Emily and Austin, and our two dogs—Winston, the playful corgi, and Mirco, the lovable doodle—who always keep life lighthearted and grounded.
